The Isaacson's

We are a family-owned business that just opened in December of 2019. Rob has a passion for meat and LOVES to talk about meat! He has previous experience in three different butcher shops within Minnesota and finally made his dream a reality! Spreading his knowledge of sausage making, meat safety and "nice lookin' carcasses" brings him joy.

The kids; Samantha, Alyssa and Wyatt, are enjoying learning along the way as well. They have their jobs to do, which their favorite job is taste testing new product, and if you ever want an honest opinion, ask them! Their least favorite job, waiting on us to go "home".

I, Amanda, now am full time at the shop! Excited to be part of the crew and the entire process of all the different daily tasks. It is definitely a new adventure that brings many challenges, but in the end, it is a wonderful journey that we all get to partake in!
